TASTE OF TUESDAYS WINE DINNER
We will be featuring our Taste of Tuesdays Wine Dinner accepting reservations at 6:30 p.m.
April 22, May 20, and June 17. Each dinner event will include a select white and red wine pairing, appetizer,
entree, and dessert with the opportunity to purchase an additional dessert drink and your favorite bottle of wine.

Starters and Sharing
Aviles Ahi Tuna
Sesame seared fresh yellow fin tuna served
over an Asian calamari salad finished
with wasabi, and soy sauce. GF
Fresh sliced baguette toasted with parmesan
cheese and olive oil, topped with pesto,
Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese finished
with fresh basil, cracked black pepper,
and a balsamic reduction.
Baked brie wrapped in puffed pastry served
and finished with apples, pecans, Melba sauce,

Cajun Egg Rolls
Blackened chicken, aged cheddar, roasted corn, and
red onions rolled and fried golden brown served
with a cilantro-dijonaise dipping sauce.
